Hotel was beautifully designed, greatly enjoyed our stay.

The room was great-sized & compact with comfortable beds, had free Wi-Fi. Extras like central heating, a work desk, and a TV were appreciated. The location was amazing and wonderful, just off airport & shuttle transfer, nearby restaurants and river and fishing.

Super friendly staff! The rooms here are newly renovated and have really nice decor. The bathroom is great and the air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast options were quite satisfying. 🌟

The rooms are newly renovated with beautiful decor. The location is excellent and stunning, close to bakeries, restaurants, and the Rome airport. The B&B is located 2 miles away from Isola Sacra Necropolis.

Well, it was a perfectly pleasant stay for a night. The breakfast was satisfactory with juice, the location was quiet and absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and caring throughout the day.

Appreciated my perfect stay for a night. I was upgraded to recently renovated a double room with comfortable beds. It had climate control, multi-channel TV and a fridge. The location was excellent - very close to the cafe at 6:30am and a restaurant and bakery.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with 4 beds, the bed was great. The location was peaceful and convenient, for example, Darsena Fiumicino was within a close distance from the hotel.

I was given single room with central heating, a work desk and a TV. Its location exactly in front of the breakfast area was magnificent.

I stayed at this charming B&B for one night before my flight from FCO. The location was easy to find, just 10 minutes away by taxi. The staff ordered a taxi for my early morning departure and even provided a take-away breakfast baggie. There were great little restaurants down the street and a grocery store behind the hotel. The proximity to the river was a bonus!

This place is perfect for a quick stay and the staff are really helpful, plus it's conveniently located near all the things we wanted to see and do.

Convenient shuttle service to/from airport. Excellent location near the sea with lots of seafood restaurants. Nicely decorated clean rooms with comfortable beds. Helpful staff and early morning cab arrangement.
